Burial Pit; Pit [1581] was located 5m north of the burial monument's outer ditch and is believed to be associated with the Early Bronze Age burial SK135. The pit was cicular in plan. It had a single fill (1582) with inclusions of calcined human bone. It also containted an early bronze age beaker and flint knife, although the bone did not appear to be contained within a vessel. This deposite was therefore recorded as a 'cremation related deposit'.
