Cider jug, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a soft greenish tinge to the glaze, inset base, barrel-shaped body, plain beak spout, loop handle with foliate moulding to the terminals; the exterior body covered with a salmon-coloured ground against which are reserved four oval panels decorated with marbled shades of brown and cream which run down to the base of the jug, a brown band around the exterior lip-rim. The lip-rim severely chipped, cracks to the body of the jug.
