Stone coloured suit trousers worn by Gerald Fitz Walker (1930-96) who emigrated from Jamaica to Port Talbot in the 1960s. Born in St Mary, Jamaica, he married Ivy May Leslie (also of Jamaica) in 1967. They lived in Enfield Street, Port Talbot, where they raised eight children.
suit trousers made from same material to match jacket .4. 5-button fly fastening and one metal hook and bar at the top; each button is different and lowest button is missing. 6 belt loops. Trousers would have had a pocket at either side but these have been stitched shut and the pocket liner has been cut off. Two rear pockets remain. Only the one on the proper left has a button hole (but no longer a corresponding button). White cotton twill fabric used to line the inner waist, pockets and fly.
