Iron frame, hitch and wheels. Wooden hopper/ fertilizer box with a riddling mechanism driven by the left (looking in direction of travel) hand side wheel. The mechanism has been locked in the working position using a square nut wedged into the space behind the drive cog (painted yellow) into which the cog would move when disengaged. The square nut was held in place with a piece of string. The catch that would normally allow the lever that disengages the drive to be locked in position has been removed and bolted back upside down making it impossible to move the lever. The hopper / box and most iron parts are painted green. The inside of the hopper is painted pale blue. The wheels are painted red. The bottom of the frame holding the hopper / box is painted silver.
