Jug, pearlware,standing on a high cylindrical foot-rim, globular body, high cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, scroll handle with raised thumb-spur and foliate moulding along its length, the exterior body moulded with to both sides a raised half-length male figure in profile, clad in naval uniform and flanked on either side by a raised moulded sailing ship on moulded waves, to the exterior neck above one of the figures is the embossed inscription "Admiral Nelson", and above the other "Captain Berry"; the raised moulded areas to the exterior body picked out in blue, yellow, orange, brown and green, the front of the body below the spout painted with a pattern of chevrons in green between two vertica green bands, a similar pattern to the handle, blue bands around the foot-rim and exterior lip-rim, a further yellow edge to the top of the exterior neck, the spout edged in green. The spout and lip-rim chipped.
