On each of the front panels of the arm-pieces, a lion’s face with ring in mouth. The monarch wears a cross-topped crown, fur cloak and ruff collar. Beneath the throne, an entablature inscribed: · PVLCHRVM · PRO · PATRIA · PATI. A fleur-de-lis precedes and follows the legend (faint on this impression), the stops are roses.
