Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Belt plate of slightly rounded cross-section, with three pins for attachment on the underside, two near the hinge end and one at the opposite end: a third mark near the hinge may instance another pin. All have traces of washers of metal. Champlevé decoration is featured in three bands containing serpentine lines and leaflets, stalked except in the central band, which alone preserves the enamel (turquoise). A short band of opposed triangles, also filled with turquoise enamel, at the rear edge.
