Jones, Mrs Mendus (Maker)

Patchwork bedcover made by Mrs Mendus Jones, late 19th century. She was the daughter of the Rev. Edward Jones (Wesleyan Minister), Llanidloes. Her husband was a printer in Llanidloes and later a bookseller in Bangor. Log cabin printed cotton patchwork. Lined with calico at a later date.
