Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
This flat sandstone fragment may be natural stone, from a medieval roof tile. It has three almost straight edges at 90 degree angles indicating it may have been deliberately worked. All the edges have been very heavily worn smooth removing any other signs of being worked or burnt.
Site Name: Peterstone, Peterstone Wentloog
Notes: Found unstratified in Context 3, beside similar stone 462 (2023.7H/4.10).
