Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Purple silk, striped weave bodice, long bell-shaped sleeves, hook fastening down centre front, lower edge of bodice extends beyond waistline, ending in curved centre back and centre front points. Decorative row of blue silk covered buttons across chest and upper back. Centre front decorated with 11 white glass buttons set in gold coloured metal. Bodice is trimmed with blue and white fringe which is applied in a V-shape across chest and back, along lower edge and on sleeves. Boning x5.
