Jug, earthenware, octagonal shape, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, slightly bulbous sides sloping inwards towards the mouth, lobed lip-rim, beak spout moulded with foliage underneath, high square-shouldered wishbone handle; painted in flow-blue, red, green and heightened with yellow to imitate gold with to either side of the exterior body a large group of stylized flowers and foliage, one with a fence, a flow-blue edge to the lip-rim and spout, two yellow anthemions to the handle. A crack to the body beneath the handle.
