Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A small silver pendant, ovoid in shape, ornamented with a male head in repoussé in the centre. There is a broken loop projecting from the top of the pendant and a small knob at the bottom. The piece is hollow behind the head. The head is set within a lightly impressed beaded moulding. The head is turned slightly to its left with a downwards inclination. The face is full and heavily jowled. The features were modelled but are now somewhat abraded. The hair is receding from the forehead and is not inconsistent with a first century AD male hair style. The right ear is modelled and the head may have been bearded. (Evans & Metcalf 1992)
