Toasting fork

Whiting, S. (Blacksmith)

Five pronged toasting fork. The handle has been filed to shape from a flat bar of steel, the shape being a flat baluster with ring for hanging on wall. Back of handle has punched inscription of maker's name 'S. Whiting', who was a blacksmith in the Canton area of Cardiff, circa 1910.
