Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Samian bowl sherd, form Dr29. The first sherd (S15) is very worn but had a very glossy red slip. The lower frieze is a large undulating scroll with stylised lyre-like leaves and fine arrowheads. A rabbit crouching below (Oswald 2105). The second sherd (S16) is a deep pink ware with a fairly good red slip. The rouletting is bold. There is a panelled upper zone and a lion running right (Oswald 1398?)
