This is the Inhumation Burial of a Young Adult (17-35 years) who was probably Female They are poorly preserved and around 25% complete
She was buried in a partially flexed position. Her thorax and pelvis were rotated approximately 45⁰ to the left. A stone was found beneath the spine possibly to support the rolled position. Her arms are flexed to the left with a hand potentially resting under the chin. Her legs were mostly extended but slightly flexed with the lower right leg crossing over the lower left.
Excavators approximated her height based on her position in the 190cm long grave cut and suggested they were between 180-185cm tall, which is roughly 6 foot. Excavators also noted this individual as Male, however post excavation suggested they're more likely Female.
The burial is from Phase C: 430-659 AD
Her teeth had Calculus and Caries
