In 1955, she was re-fitted with a 6-cylinder Crossley diesel engine of 1944 vintage. 1957 – Sold to Rose Line Ltd (Thomas Rose & Co), Sunderland, and renamed GLENSIDE. 1965 – Sold to G & M Amiridakis, Greece, and renamed MICHAEL A. 1974 – Sold to A. Kokkinidis, Piraeus, and renamed ELENITSA K. She “foundered” off Fleves Island, south of Glyfada, on 29 September 1983.
