Iron Age pottery vessel
Body sherd 10-11mm thick of hard fabric containing common small calcite inclusions. The grey/brown external surface is slightly smoothed. Pale grey internal surface and brown/black core. Similar to limestone/calcite tempered jars from Llanmelin and Sudbrook (Nash-Williams 1933, 1939).
