The Tal-y-drws Slate Company Limited, £5 preference shares, 1868, black on white. * Black print on white paper with handwritten details completed in black ink. Ornate border on left only. Three feathers printed on upper centre. Embossed company seal on lower right hand corner depicting embossed image of three feathers. Two 'Additional cash paid' stamps on left hand side. 1 £5 share numbered 128. Certificate number '128'. Dated 24 October 1868.
