Miniature tureen, earthenware, standing on a spreading waisted foot, circular bulbous sides, raised rounded slightly flaring lip-rim, to either side of the body twin horizontal foliate moulded loop handles, round domed cover with an indent to one side of the rim, to the top of the cover a finial in the form of a flower bud surrounded by moulded leaves; the foot, exterior body, interior lip-rim, handles, top of the cover and the finial transfer-printed in sage-green with an all-over seaweed pattern consisting of feathery foliage interspersed with flower heads. The lip-rim of the tureen chipped. Miniature stand, earthenware, standing on a circular rounded tapering foot-rim, slightly curving spreading sides, a raised edge around the well, to either side of the stand the rim extends into two solid rounded horizontal handles moulded with a raised textured pattern; the upperside of the stand transfer-printed in sage-green with an all-over seaweed pattern consisting of feathery foliage interspersed with flower heads.
