Brow tine of a red deer antler polished and smoothed at its rounded tip and hollowed out. The tine has split from the beam, retaining a portion of the burr, and been trimmed on its upper edge. Possibly a broken pick, reused as a handle???
Site Name: Moel Hiraddug, Denbighshire
Notes: from excavations by Mr. M. Bevan-Evans.
