Ltd. typed in black ink on company headed paper. Dated 21st June 1924 and 5th September 1934. Also a letter typed in black ink on cream paper. Dated 4th September (?)4 (full date not given). Also included are two plans of the area, including Creigiau farm. Two blueprint copies on cream paper.
