Blood pressure gauge in leather case. Gauge has cream canvas band with metal clips, to be wrapped around the arm, with brown rubber tubing attached. End of the gauge with brown/red rubber pump and metal valve/tube has broken off the main rubber tubes.
Leather case has two poppers on the font to close and a leather handle overarching the case and stiched on either side.
