Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Pit [1873] was located within pit group G37 in the NW of SMR19B. It was circular in plan with gradual, slightly concave sides and concave base. It was 0.3m long, 0.3m wide and 0.1m deep. It contained a single fill (1874) of a friable dark black clay with inclusions of cremated human bone fragments with an adgered iron object SF 19-027.
