Plate, hard-paste porcelain, circular with high sides, shaped edge, footring; the edge is painted with a wide border of horizontal and vertical lines in underglaze blue, the rim is painted with flower sprigs and insects in underglaze blue, the centre is painted with a large basket of flowers framed by a line border and a border of whorls in underglaze blue.
