Letter, dated November 26th 1887, from Ralph Pomeroy, Dockmaster for the Bute Docks Company, to S. James, the Marquis of Bute's agent, enclosing a piece of the ribbon broken at the opening of the Roath Dock, Cardiff. (Ribbon broken by the 'Ninian Stuart' in the presence of the Marchioness of Bute).
