Early Medieval human remains
These are poorly preserved remains from the inhumation burial of an adult who's sex in undetermined.
The burial is from phase K: 892-1025 AD They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave oriented West-East.
All that remains of this individual are the lower leg and feet bones with a few minute fragments of an arm bone. This is common in the Five Mile Lane cemetary as many inhumations were truncated with newer burials.
The burial is associated, by proximity, to SK93, SK96 and SK97.
