Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Large, shallow, rectangular lath handled basket. Base of laths in plain weave, each lath being split at ends to form stakes for sides. Sides of split willow in randing weave, wooden rim bound with split willow. Used by donor's mother to carry butter to Carmarthen market, about 1890. Possibly imported.
