Wynne, Ellis (Harpist)

Square box single harp used by Ellis Wynne, Gwynedd, 17th century.

Harp with carved face. Base and neck painted black (not original). Some black on carved face. Gilding on top turning of colums and ear ornaments on face. Neck, carved face and base made from sycamore. Pine sound box and column.
