Full title on ledger - 'Great Western Colliery Register of Oridinary Accidents 1913-17'. Ledger bound in thick hard covers. Title written on paper label stuck to spine. Ledger gives accident number, date, full name, address and occupation, cause of accident etc. Accident book runs from January 1913 to December 1917. Good printers plate inside front cover.
