Middle Palaeolithic stone bout coupé handaxe
Coygan type (bout coupé) or triangular handaxe. Made on a large flake. Extensively flaked over both faces with many of the scars rolled and weathered. Some damage to the butt where two chips have gone from the edge and a single chip along one edge.
