Slate inclines, film slide
Collection of slides forming lecture "Rails in the Slate Industry" by D.R. Geering, UMIST 3rd year Mechanical Engineering Projects, c.1975 (copy of lecture notes in related material).
Incline C5 can be seen descending to level C4T (top level on C incline No. 4). Notice the many intermediate levels and tips, and in the distance, right, a viaduct.
