3868 gt : Built 1914 by Sir Raylton Dixon & Co. Ltd., Middlesbrough for Denaby & Cadeby Main Collieries Ltd., Hull as the WOLVERTON. As WOLVERTON, she became locked in the Black Sea with a cargo of barley, due to the entry of Turkey into the First World War and the closing of the Dardanelles in October 1914. She was freed (without her cargo) in 1916. 1923 - Sold to Tsiropinas & Sons, and renamed TSIROPINAS. She sustained serious damage on 26 March 1934 due to a collision with ss DORIS off the Breaksea Light on leaving Barry. She was safely beached and temporary repairs done at Barry. (Glasgow Herald , 27 March 1934) 1937 - Sold to Adelphi Vergottis Ltd. (managed by Aegeon Steamship Co. Ltd), London and renamed EMMY. She ran aground and was wrecked at Morien Bay, Cape Breton Island on the 25th May 1942.
