Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Neatly formed lip. Narrow plain band above the decoration, showing two horizontal ridges immediately above the ovolo. Ovolo with a single border ; the stem of the tongue is twisted and terminates in a rosette. Beneath the ovolo is a zig-zag line and the remains of a scroll. The scroll is bordered below by a fine zig-zag line. The design is closed by a straight wreath of repeated (rams') horn-like leaves with beaded borders. The incidence of this wreath has already been noticed. Good glaze and execution.
