Plate, soft-paste porcelain, with a creamy translucency; standing on a foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; edge moulded with trailing roses and flowers; overglaze light blue ground around the edge, with the moulding left white; gilt and blue circle in the centre with a gilt fleur-de-lys border, and gilt band to cavetto and lip.
