¾ Port bow view of M.V. SYDNEY BREEZE at Cardiff Docks.

Hong Kong was the home of a number of well-known shipping firms, such as John Manners & Co. Ltd., owners of the Sydney Breeze. This 5,386 gross ton vessel was originally built at Sunderland in 1949 as Trelevan for the Hain Steamship Co. Ltd., and was sold to Manners in 1964. She was eventually broken up in Spain in 1974. (Source: Shipping at Cardiff: Photographs from the Hansen Collection 1920-1975 by David Jenkins, 1993).

Hong Kong, and renamed SYDNEY BREEZE (3). 1970 – Sold to Global Navigation Co., Montreal and renamed GLOBAL ENVOY.
