Early Medieval human remains
This is the inhumation burial of a Younger Child (1-2 years)
They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave orientated West-East.
The burial is from Phase F: 684-986 AD
Their cranium had signs of Porotic Hypertosis which can be caused by a range of factors from trauma to nutrient deficiencies.
