Plate, bone china, circular shape with rounded foot-rim, curving sides and spreading rim; painted in gilt and polychrome enamels with to the well a scene showing a Chinese-style figue walking in a landscape with stone steps, a hurdle and green and gilt foliage in the foreground and trees in the distant, a wide gilt band around the outer rim. The foot-rim chipped.
