Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Dish, square, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy buff translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into curved spreading sides; lobed lip and groove moulded sides; painted with a deeply coloured flower spray off-centre and three small sprays around the edge, between three sprigs, with dark green leaves; gilt band inside lip; exterior of lip painted with a sprig covering a firing crack.
