Ice pail, cylindrical, standing on three bun feet, flat base curving to straight sides, rib at lip, square, grooved handles the exterior painted with two large arrangements of flowers and fruit and with two smaller ones under the handles. These include pink roses, white roses, cornflowers, convolvulus, pinks, tulip, aster, dog roses, white bellflowers, pansies and blue delphiniums, pineapple, grapes, white currants, peaches, and apples; apple-green ground rim above, with plain gilt outer border, waved inner border, reserved with four polychrome sprays of flowers in foliate cartouches between floral sprays in raised gilding; the rim similarly decorated on the interior, and the base painted with a large arrangement of three pink roses, two white roses, blanket flower, cornflowers and buttercups, three peaches, white currants and grapes.
