Printed details in black ink on white paper. Transcript of the memorial for Captain Thomas Reardon Smith and his son Philip Green Smith.They were lost on Burry Port Bar in the wreck of the Schooner 'Hazard', October 31, 1859. The body of Captain Thomas Reardon Smith was interned in Laugharne Churchyard, December 10th, 1859.
