Vicory Medal awarded to Private Richard Arthur Mills of the Yorkshire Regiment. Richard Mills served in the Yorkshire Regiment (Green Howards) at Paschendaele and was later taken as a prisoner of war. He was born in Cardiff on the 5th July 1899, died 24th April 1999.
