Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
LINEN, embroidered with coloured wools in cross stitch. At the top is a flowering plant in a pot flanked by trees, birds, dogs, crowns and hearts, symmetrically arranged in pairs. Below there is a flowering plant flanked by floral, tree and bird designs, symmetrically arranged in pairs. At the bottom is the inscription: "Sarah Day her Work 1811". There is a border of wavy stems with blossoms.
