Goblet

Large glass or goblet, the bucket-shaped bowl engraved with a rose and bud crossing a thistle, and inscribed above 'Lady Wins Wynne Lady Parramount'. The reverse bears the engraved inscriptions ' THE CONFEDERATE HUNT' above 'Miss Mytton 1754/ Miss Owen 1755/ Miss Shakerly 1756/ Miss Williams 1757/ Miss Nelly Owen 1758/ Lady Patroness' and 'Hark, Wenman, & Dashwood/ Sr. Wat n & The Old Interest/ for Ever', remains of an opaque airtwist stem replaced by a turned wooden foot terminating in an iron collar.
