Printed in black ink on off-white paper, with details typed in black ink and handwritten in blue ink. Also, glued inside the document is a plan of the property. An agreement between the British Transport Commission and Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. for the erection of two stanchions on for tenancy of land of the commission at Ponypool station. Dated 30th January, 1950. Also includes three letters stapled together. Letters from British railways, typed on company headed paper, dated July, August and October, 1954. The letters are relating to the agreement. 86.171I/681 - 86.171I/691 are contained within a brown envelope.
