F72.162.1-2 - Oak, identical in shape and size, made by donor's father, John Absalom in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. They are semi-circular in design with back board extended to form a curved section pierced for suspension. The lids, sloping on the front, are fitted with brass hinges.
