Cup, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a pedestal foot, ovoid bowl woth flaring lip-rim, high loop handle modelled with an Egyptian mask at the upper terminal and a spreading leaf at the lower terminal; the exterior body of the bowl covered with a pink ground, a border of vertical leaves around the lower body, around the upper body borders of an egg-and-dart pattern in black, flower heads and scrolling lines in dark green on a pale green ground, and stylised leaves in gilt on white, the foot, interior of the bowl and the handle covered in gilt with a classical border in gilt on white around the interior lip-rim. The body broken and repaired around the upper terminal of the handle, the foot-rim chipped.
