Foot stool constructed from 5 pieces of cotton canvas, embroidered all over using flame & satin stitch in multicoloured woollen yarns (4 ply S twist); plywood pieces made to simulate the shape of the foot stool; embroidery fixed to the plywood with pins along the edges; the edges of the canvas are adhered to the plywood with pressure sensitive tape which has become brittle & discoloured; rusty stains & holes along edges of the canvas.
