Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Spouted wet drug jar of tin-glazed buff earthenware, standing on a pedestal foot, globular body, flaring, short collar neck; short cylindrical spout with everted mouth, protruding from shoulder of body; the whole covered in a white tin-glaze and decorated in underglaze blue with the inscription 'S.CARYOPH' in an ornate scrollwork cartouche, surmounted in the centre with a scallop shell and at either end by a putto holding a floral sprig and peering into a vase which forms part of the scrolled cartouche, beneath, in the centre, a putto head and to either side pendulate floral garlands.
