Plate, hard-paste porcelain, footring; the underside of the rim is moulded with three concentric circles, the central reserve is banded with gilt decoration and a gilt line border, the rim is decorated with a wide blue band overpainted with a narrow border of gilt decoration and a wide gold border that is moulded with a crossed swords and four pointed flower head pattern.
