The British Transport Docks Board's Cardiff Docks carnival float (based on a Ford lorry) seen at Cathays Park, Cardiff ready for the Lord Mayor's Parade. The three women on board were all from the Estate Surveyor's Office. Sitting on the right is Diane Pounds (Miss Imports), on the left is Janet Salter (Miss Exports) and standing is Ann Nicholas (Miss Docks Board).
